I was surprised when the picture arrived. The description of the picture includes the dimensions of the picture and due to the price of the shipping, I thought the frame would be included. Not to mention, the description does not expressly mention whether or not it would be and the item pictures shows the frame. Thus, when the item arrived, I was quite disappointed. If I had known the frame would not be included, I unlikely would have purchased the item. Because the cost of the shipping was almost double the price for the picture, I am not returning the item. It is pretty but definitely did not meet my expectations.
